Technology and its Importance

Rapid Growth in technology is giving us the ability to easily gather , share, and analyze specific and general information. This in turn will allow us to to better utilize our resources both  internal and external. Now we have the capabilities to quickly make decisions, modify our actions and gain real time knowledge about the benefits or detriments of our decisions. We are able to accurately  gauge the value of our decisions and  actions and share that value with others who are affected or may need to make similar judgements. Decisions that  in the past may have been based only on   experience and gut feelings can now also include current real time data about the  process.

We are now able to clearly determine and  understand our suppliers and customers business processes.We can then customize our  interaction with them, adding   value to there process as well as adding  value to our services.

By  embracing technology we can develop strategies to keep current customers, gain new customers, reduce operating costs and increase the value of our services or products. Soon the application of new technologies within our process  will be  expected both from our suppliers and our customers.
